Frequently Asked Questions

How can you help me get my visa approved?

As a former consular officer with over a decade of experience with the US State Department, our consultant has helped hundreds of clients prepare for their visa interview by preparing them with the best answers for interview questions and equipping clients with the communications skills required to establish visa eligibility.

Do you guarantee my US visa will be approved?

Whether your visa is approved will be dependent on a variety of factors. Our service will make sure you know what those factors are, your realistic chances of success, and how to improve your chances substantially. However, we do not guarantee your visa will be approved and anyone who says they can guarantee your visa will be approved is is not telling you the truth.

What is your consultation process?

We will listen to what your experience with the visa process has been so far and after asking some questions, will let you know what challenges you may or may not have in the visa interview process. Finally, and most importantly, we will help you with an approach to overcome your challenges and help you implement it.

How does billing work?

We require payment of $395 usd at the time of booking to hold your spot. A 50 minute consultation includes case assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses, strategy development and at least one mock interview. The fee is payable by Zelle, Pay Pal and Interac.

Still not sure? Email us at Info@USVisaApproval.com to inquire about a 20 minute session for case assessment and recommendations from $195.

Can you help me with other immigration questions?

We are not licensed attorneys and therefore cannot provide you with any legal advice. We can tell you from a consular officer’s perspective, what matters at the visa interview and what consular officer’s want to hear before they approve your visa. We can also help with document review and correspondence – email us at Info@USVisaApproval.com for more information.
